Thanks for the video. I agree that having a stretching routine really helps my feet and legs feel better. As I have gotten older, I have been having feet problems and was told to visit apodiatrist in Calgary. I use a roller to roll out my calves and it has helped my feet a lot.

My legs have been hurting for weeks now. Every time I go running my feet start to hurt. Do you think a Podiatrist could help diagnose what's wrong with me? http://www.advancedfootclinic.org/portland-areas/sherwood-podiatrist/

I have never done any stretches for my feet before. This has never even crossed my mind. Maybe this will help my knees a little more. http://thefootandanklecarecenter.com/

This is great advice for me. I hardly ever stretch before I do things. Now that I am getting older I am realizing the importance of stretching.

I'm glad that you have posted about stretching! Not many people talk about the need for stretching feet in particular and I know that I prefer not having the muscles on the bottom of my feet be incredibly sore after running. It would be good if this information could spread to a wider audience.

I think a lot of people forget that stretching can be so vital and helpful to your health. Stretching can prevent so many injuries! It's good to get those muscles worked out ahead of time. http://www.quinnspodiatry.com.au/why-choose-us

I am a runner and have have been having trouble with the ball of my foot. Whenever I walk it feels as though I am walking on a rock. Did my foot create a calcified growth on it?

I think people would really benefit from stretching more often. I know that I have benefited greatly from stretching at various points in my life. It's much easier to avoid injuries when you do this. You wouldn't want to have to deal with too many problems when they're fairly easy to avoid.
